BEYOND THE YACHT

Private aviation, on-shore concierge, security, our own provisioning programme — and the kind of detail handling that decides whether a charter feels like a holiday or a project.

The Marina Yachts on-board programme

Most charters live or die on the small things — the bottle that arrives chilled, the kids’ breakfast that turns up exactly the way they like it, the bowl of fruit that’s actually the fruit you asked for. We’ve built a provisioning programme around that.

Marina Yachts own-label Champagne and wines on board as standard, sourced from producers we work with directly. Wagyu pastrami hand-cut to order. A cheese board built around hand-selected European pecorinos, alpine cheeses and aged Manchego — the cheese board you’d actually plan a dinner around. Premium snacks, dietary-aware breakfast service, and a kitchen briefed on every preference before you board.

Explore our services

Private aviation

Charter flights, helicopter transfers, and fixed-wing positioning to and from your embarkation port. We work with operators we’ve vetted personally and pricing partners that mean you don’t pay retail. From a London-Olbia jet on the morning of embarkation to a helicopter from Nice to a Sardinia anchorage at lunchtime.

  • Charter jets and turboprop coordination
  • Helicopter transfers ship-to-shore
  • Commercial first / business booking on request

On-shore concierge

The shoreside half of the trip. Restaurant tables you couldn’t book yourself, beach club arrangements, drivers, villa hires, private guides for the days off the boat. We know the people who know the people in Marbella and Dubai because we live there; we know the people who matter in Mykonos, Capri, the Côte d’Azur and St Barths because we’ve worked with them for years.

  • Reservations at the restaurants you actually want
  • Beach club and dayclub arrangements (Nikki, Phi Beach, Pevero, Nammos, Scorpios, the rest)
  • Drivers and ground transport
  • Villa, finca and hotel additions for split-stay charters
  • Private guides, tours, and event tickets (Grand Prix weeks, Cannes, Monaco Yacht Show)

Personal chef

A chef on board for the night that needs it. Pre-cruise menu development, dietary requirement handling (allergies, preferences, kids), and access to chefs we work with from Italy, France, Spain, and the Gulf. For longer charters, full-cruise placement — your own chef for the week, briefed before you arrive.

  • Single-evening chef placement
  • Full-cruise chef placement
  • Dietary management — allergies, religious requirements, kids, training plans
  • Pre-cruise tasting menus

Security and close protection

Shoreside close protection at executive level. Trained operators in civilian dress, briefed in advance, walking with the principal rather than in formation. Multilingual teams (English, Spanish, Arabic). For high-risk destinations, events that draw attention, and clients whose movements we’d rather no one notice.

  • Shoreside close protection (single-day to full-cruise)
  • Advance work and route planning
  • Civilian dress, low-profile, no formation walking
  • Coverage in the Med, the Gulf, the Caribbean, and SE Asia

Onboard entertainment

The bespoke layer — photographer or videographer for the cruise (cinematic, discreet, working alongside the crew rather than in front of them), DJ or live musician for an evening, fitness instructor or masseur for longer charters, kids’ programme for family weeks.

  • Photographer and videographer (cinematic, edited deliverables)
  • DJ and live music (acoustic, classical, electronic — match the room)
  • Fitness instructor, yoga, massage therapist
  • Kids’ programme — supervised activities, lessons, water-toy briefing

Event charters

Marina Yachts coordinates yacht charters around the calendar that drives the season — Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Yacht Show, F1 races, Art Basel, regatta weeks. We hold inventory and berth allocations for these events and work with clients up to a year in advance.

  • Monaco Grand Prix (May)
  • Cannes Film Festival (May)
  • Monaco Yacht Show (September)
  • Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta (June)
  • Cannes and Genoa Yacht Shows
  • Art Basel Miami (December)

How it works

One conversation, one point of contact. Tell us what you need — the cruise, the meals, the chef, the helicopter, the table at La Fontelina — and we hand it back to you as a single coordinated plan. You don’t manage seven providers. We do.

  • Lead times. Most services need 24–48 hours’ notice; some (private aviation in peak season, restaurant tables in Capri in August) want longer. Tell us as early as you can.
  • Confidentiality. All arrangements are handled by a single named broker. No third-party data sharing, no marketing lists, no client names mentioned to anyone they shouldn’t be. Standard on every booking — not a request you have to make.
  • Pricing. Most services are priced individually and quoted on request. The on-board provisioning programme is included on Marina Yachts–brokered charters where the operator and APA structure permit; otherwise quoted separately.

FAQ

The on-board programme (own-label wine, Champagne, wagyu, cheese) is available on every Marina Yachts charter, anywhere. Aviation, concierge, chef, security and entertainment are available across the Mediterranean, Arabian Gulf, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and South-East Asia — the regions where we operate. For destinations beyond, we work with vetted partner networks; tell us what you need and we’ll come back with options.

24 to 48 hours is enough for most things. Private aviation in peak Mediterranean weeks, certain restaurant tables (La Fontelina in August, Le Sirenuse for dinner in July), and major event charters (Grand Prix, Cannes) want considerably longer. The earlier you tell us, the more we can do.

Yes. Every brief starts with a conversation, not a menu. Tell us what the trip is for and what would make it work — we build around it.

All client arrangements are handled by a single named broker. Discretion is the default, not an upgrade. No third-party data sharing, no public client lists, no exceptions.

Yes — for clients in our Mediterranean and Gulf network, we coordinate aviation, concierge and event arrangements independently of a charter or sale. Most of our service relationships exist year-round, not just during a cruise.

Every operator we use is one we’ve personally worked with. We don’t broker through aggregators we haven’t met. The networks we draw on in Marbella, Dubai, the Riviera, Monaco, the Greek islands, the Caribbean and SE Asia are built on direct relationships.
