Marina Yachts was founded in 2025 by Xam den H. and Jack Pearlman — friends and entrepreneurs who wanted to give the rest of the trip the same care as the yacht itself.
The yachts were always extraordinary. The experiences around them — provisioning, shoreside arrangements, the small-detail layer that separates a good week from an unforgettable one — too often weren’t. We’d both spent years in adjacent corners of the luxury and operating world. Xam is a serial entrepreneur with a decade building and scaling private ventures across multiple sectors — the kind of operator’s CV that teaches you how to make logistics disappear. Jack had spent more than a decade in European real estate and high-end concierge — booking the jet, organising the event, sourcing the car, arranging the protection — sorting the things people don’t have time to sort themselves. We knew what was missing on a charter. So we built the company that would put it back in.
The details decide the trip. The first morning swim. The chef who knows whether your kids actually like olives. The captain who finds the empty cala when every other boat has gone to the same one. The bottle that arrives chilled, not stocked. Those are the parts we build around.
Marina Yachts is what happens when you take a serial entrepreneur, a broker with a decade of concierge muscle, and apply both to the question every charter client really asks: “Can the rest of this trip be as good as the boat?”
Global coverage across the world’s major yachting regions — the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Arabian Gulf, the Indian Ocean, and South-East Asia. Whichever team you reach, you get a senior broker, not a coordinator.
One conversation, one point of contact. From the first call through to the disembarkation transfer, the broker who took the brief stays with the trip. We don’t hand off, we don’t escalate, we don’t rotate brokers.
Our own programme on board. Marina Yachts own-label Champagne and wines. Wagyu pastrami hand-cut to order. Hand-selected cheeses. Provisioning that’s organised against the brief, not against a checklist. We’re not above driving an hour for the right strawberries.
A network, not a database. Most brokers buy access to inventory feeds. We use those too — but the work that wins charters happens in the relationships: with the captains we know personally, the maître d’s whose tables we can fill, the chefs who’ll come for one dinner because they trust us. That’s the layer the website doesn’t show. It’s the layer that decides the trip.
Settlement on your terms. Wire, escrow, and MYBA-standard for every charter. Crypto settlement available through licensed counterparties for clients who prefer it. Discretion is the default.
